Contactless limit increase

Current service levels
We are currently experiencing slower than normal service levels. We are taking appropriate steps to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all of our colleagues, so it will take a little longer than usual to get back to normal service levels. You can find a lot of helpful information and other services in the
Customer Hub section of our website. We've introduced an online chat function to make it easier to get in touch, which you can access between 9am and 5pm. Please bear with us while we operate slightly slower than normal; we are working to get our service levels back to normal as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Before you begin your application
We will need some information from you and will be asking you for a number of details about your business. The form should take around 20-25 minutes of your time and on completion your agreements will be generated and sent to you via email to sign.
Please have the following information to hand:
Details of all principals (i.e. Directors, Partners or Trustees)
Your Lloyds business bank account number and sort code. (if your business doesn’t bank with Lloyds Banking Group you can still apply, please call us on 0345 6044635)
If you are VAT Registered your VAT Number
If you are a Charity or a Limited company your registration number
